Open House - Joshua Tree Foundation for Arts and Ecology

The Joshua Tree Foundation for Arts & Ecology opens its permaculture gardens at Joshua Tree Arts & Ecology Center on Sunday, September 20. The free open house runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visitors can tour the garden, bring seeds to the community seed swap and browse a pop-up farm stand stocked with preserves, herbs, eggs and other items offered by donation. DJ-Sonic Gnostic supplies the vinyl soundtrack. The center is at 6836 Mt Lassen Ave. in Joshua Tree. Admission is free; donations apply only to farm-stand items.
