The Spirit of Christmas: Joshua Tree Philharmonic + Jazz Orchestra

The Joshua Tree Philharmonic and Joshua Tree Jazz Orchestra join forces for The Spirit of Christmas at the Blak Box Theater in Joshua Tree. Guest vocalists from the Cultural Center’s Broadway In Concert series join the ensembles for a holiday program that moves between orchestral music, big-band arrangements and song. The repertoire includes music from A Muppet Christmas Carol, “I Wonder as I Wander,” and holiday arrangements associated with the Stan Kenton and Glenn Miller orchestras. Four performances run December 18–20, 2026: Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes before each concert. Each performance lasts 90 minutes with no intermission; late entry is allowed between selections. Tickets start at $21.05, with reserved seats priced up to $49.87, including the displayed online processing fee. Children must be at least 5, and every attendee needs a reserved seat.
